Stephen is a photojournalist working in Central Illinois. You’ve probably seen him around at a sporting event near you… he’s the extremely handsome man with a bunch of cameras on his shoulders.

He spends most of his time driving around the state photographing high school sports and University of Illinois athletics for his job at the Decatur Herald & Review.

Stephen is available for freelance editorial work and shoots a limited number of weddings when there are openings in his schedule (sporting events and weddings have a habit of happening at the same time).

He has won local, state and national awards for his work with the newspaper, but Stephen is happiest when talking to students about his job or seeing one of his photos hanging on someone’s fridge.

When he’s not on the clock or talking about himself in the third-person you can find Stephen at home spending time with his beautiful wife and ridiculously-cute 13-month-old son.
