
That title is a little misleading, but my original title, “My Camera Settings Were Wrong and this is What Happened to My Frame While Shooting a Portrait of an Athlete in a High School Locker Room”, wasn’t as catchy.
As you may have guessed from my scrapped title, I shot portraits of our Herald & Review Area Football Player of the Year today. My first frame was all kinds of messed up because I changed all of my settings except for the ISO. Oops.
It kind of reminded me of some of the stuff that Tribune photographer Scott Strazzante posted recently on his blog (here and here).
I’ll post the actual portraits once the story runs in the paper.
